The Empowered Beings Speak

I am writing to recommend the Dakota Warriors’ Leadership Boot Camp (LBC) to whoever that wanna be successful in their life. About 2 years ago, I sent a team of 10 to attend the LBC. I was invited to be the “Guardian” by the Dakota Warriors and was personally at the LBC for an evening to check out the program. Hearing from the feedback of my team of people there, they find the LBC very useful and beneficial. After the LBC training, we realised a consistent pattern of discipline, motivation and high spirit among the participants. Harry Woo |

I was rather skeptical regarding these kind of workshops. You get a boost up for a short while and then it all returns to the normal self again. I was expecting the same from the Dakota Warriors program, on the contrary, I actually learned a few things that I still practice on a day to day basis. Of course you can read this in a book and then try to follow as much as you can, but if that was effective why having schools and personal coaching in the first place. The experience was really something, I can see some people not wanting to try certain things, some people pushing themselves to the limit, some people are afraid of themselves but in the end the real truth just came right out. I believe everyone experienced it in his/her own way since we all come from different back grounds and pasts, but for me the most important points were and are until today: Firstly, team work brings you further, since that time I practiced that if something can be done by someone else let this someone do it. It might be slower than when I do it but it releases me of the work load and I can focus on what I can do best. As I said I practice this every day as a country manager. Secondly, was the core value seeker (is what I personally call it!). It gave me awareness of what I don’t like about myself, and my self centeredness. Since then I have been changing progressively. All changes do not happen overnight, but as long as I have clarity, I can make the change myself. I can ask other people to support me in it as well as I can create my own accountability group in order not to fall back to my old self. Keep up the good work, and good luck. Ir. The camp by the Dakota Warriors was a life changing experience for me. It affected me on a deep level, making it clear what my priorities are and giving me the confidence to pursue my goals. The Dakota Warriors are truly professionals. The programs had a profound impact on me and is so fun filled. Thank you.
I must say that I was humbled by the program, I never knew that a simple 3 days 2 nights camp with the Dakota Warriors would allow me to achieve things that once seemed impossible to me. These people are truly here to serve… get to know them! Maria (Network Marketing Leader) The Boot Camp totally changed my paradigm, I appreciate the people around me more now and everyone told me that I am positive and I am an inspiration to them. Honestly, that’s nice to know. I know now marks the beginning of a very important journey of my life. Its a breakthrough indeed. Mary C (Vice President)
I was excited and in high spirit at all time during the training, the activities just kept coming! During the training, I found my passion and goals in life, I know how to appreciate every one around me, I experienced and appreciate the power of teamwork, and I learn how to trust each other. In general, I become more positive and have greater perseverance. I was also given the experience as an facilitator in later programs, and it was a whole new experience for me and I also learn from the participant. When I concentrate in giving back, and focus on the benefits of the participants, I achieve so much more. Most importantly, I am able to apply what I have learned in my work place and my life. Nicole Lim (Account Executive)
It have been a soul searching for me, and I learned all things are possible and the results we can achieve through team work, perseverance, inner strength, friendship, trust and most of all i found my passion and goals in life. Dianna (Home Maker)
