Chief Trainer Dr. Annie

Dr. Annie Lim is a life coach, speaker, researcher, motivator, author and a remarkable teacher. She is the CEO of Cornerstone Consulting, founder of TeddyBearLand.Com, International Cornerstone Achievers Network (ICAN) and The Dakota Warriors Program. She has mastered the Excellerated-Learning Technique and is noted for her excellent skill in Creating and Designing training programs. She has been interviewed by NTV7, TV3, TV2, Bloomberg and was featured in Malaysian Women Weekly, The Sun, The Star, Sin Chew and Nanyang.
Dr. Annie Lim is the first PhD researcher to publish articles on Personal Initiative of Successful Asian Entrepreneurs. She has done extensive research in the area of organizational growth in Malaysia and through her research, she found the key elements of successful founding entrepreneurs contributing to venture growth. Her research was published in both local and international academic journals.
Dr. Annie Lim also graduated from the University of Missouri with a Magma Cum Laude and was the top MBA student of the year. She is a member of the Dean’s Honor List and the Golden Key National Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma (associations by invitation), Beta Alpha Psi and Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity.
Dr. Annie Lim is a proud graduate of the Money and You Program, the same school which developed masters such as Anthony Robbins, Jack Canfield and R. Kyosaki. She is also a graduate of the Excellerated Instructor Training Program , and a United States certified Fitness Nutrition Coach by NESTA.Dr. Annie Lim started a career with Andersen Consulting (Accenture), and later moved on to Coopers & Lybrand and Lotus Consulting (IBM); she has also lectured at the Curtin University Program for a couple of years. In August 1998, she founded Cornerstone Consulting, her very own Training and Development company; among the organizations she had trained include Siemens, PM-International Gmbh, NPC (National Productivity Centre Malaysia) and many more [refer to client list].
Master Trainer Zach

Mr. Zach Ho was a consultant and a trainer for an international consulting firm. He started his own consulting and training business at the age of 27, working MNC clients throughout Asia Pacific including IBM (formerly Lotus Consulting), Asia World, Celcom Bhd, Euro Asia Connections, Fibamas, Great Eastern, Intelligent Edge Malaysia, Maxis Bhd, Maybank Berhad, Perunding Hashim & NEH Sendirian, NCR (M), Southern Waste Management, SRG Asia and Siemens. He has been conducting his own programs such as the Leadership Boot Camps, Business Builders Academy, Health and Stress Management Talk and The Achievers Conference. He was also the columist for The Sun newspaper for the section “On the Net with Zach and Annie”. He has a degree in Human Resource from the University of Missouri-Columbia, USA; he is also a proud graduate of The Money and You Program. His Passion is public speaking and coaching. He was the Executive Vice President, speaker and system master for Europe No.1 Wellnes company – PM International, and has extensive experience in sales, marketing and network building.
Master Trainer Terence(Initial “T”)
Mr Terence Tan, is a rising Asian Entrepreneur. With extensive corporate experience in Management, Marketing, Sales and Accounting, he possesses strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with people from various levels across an organization. He is an innovator and builds his business on the basis of continuously adding value to the lives of people within the business and all who are in contact with him.Mr Terence Tan possesses a Masters in Commerce specialising in Finance from the University of New South Wales . His first degree was a Bachelor in Business Administration majoring in Accounting. In addition, he is a member of the Australian Societies of Certified Public Accountant.He began his career in KPMG Peat Marwick as an Auditor, and then joined Dijaya Holdings, a main board listed company as an Accountant. He moved on to hold Sales and Management position in a media company before assuming a Managerial post in ABN Amro Bank.
Terence was instrumental in developing a Planning & Analysis Financial Performance System for ABN Amro, in which the Bank won the Asia Pacific Award in 1999.Inspired to take action in bringing out the greatest in individuals and bringing more meaning to life, Terence decided to embark in his owns a business in Entrepreneurial Education in 2002. His exuberance and zest for life, continuous pursuit for Excellence combined with his natural charm has made everyday business look like fun! Mr Terence Tan is the Managing Director of Globe Success Learning Sdn Bhd, an ITP (Excellerated Instructor Training Program) Certified Instructor and he manages Money and You Program Malaysia.
Master Trainer Heiko and Selina

Heiko and Selina Niedermeyer have conducted workshops, training seminars and private sessions with people in Germany, France, U.S.A, South America, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. They have worked intensively with the people from all these different races and cultures, sharing with them the proven, practical tools which support them to quickly and successfully clear their deepest pains, issues and challenges in life. These proven tools also support their clients to make new decisons to achieve their highest potential. Their experience gives them an extensive and intensive insight into the conditions of the human “heart drive” and what it is that moves people in their relationships as well as the essential ingredients that contribute to the health and success of a person’s life.

As a husband and wife team, Heiko and Selina Niedermeyer are also able to bring the male and female insights and perspectives that are relevant to any team, comprising a mixed gender, as in a corporation.

Joe Lee is an energetic and enlightening entrepreneur, trainer and speaker who has worked with both non-profit and commercial organizations to design programs that enhance entrepreneurship, leadership, team building, sales and marketing.
He is the founder of Actionpreneur Pte Ltd, which focus on training youth to be entrepreneurs. Till now he had trained more than 30 schools. In the year of 2003, with his creative mindset, he started Actionpreneur Pte Ltd with only $20. One of his powerful programs, Spirit of Enterprise Program is well received by his clients. Joe had gone on to train in the corporate arena, touching on the areas of customer service, presentation skills, sales and team building. Some of the companies he trained are DBS (Singapore), Standard Chartered (Malaysia), GSK, HSBC (Singapore) etc.
He is a graduate of the famous program Money & You, followed by becoming a preview speaker for Money & You Previews which he believes he is able to add tremendous value to mankind. Joe had achieved the “Spirit of Enterprise 2005 Honouree” from President Nathan. This achievement has encouraged him to inspire more youth in Singapore. His entrepreneurial spirit has inspired many more people to pursue their dreams.
Master Donald Ng

Donald Ng has been described as young, dynamic, enthusiastic, driven, committed and very ambitious. Donald is first and foremost an entrepreneur having started his first business at the age of 18 and after 2 years decided to sell the business to get into the financial planning industry. While in the industry, he earned his ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) qualification and is in fact the youngest ChFC in the country. Subsequently Donald came across an opportunity to join a corporate training organization and over the next couple of years he worked with organizations from various industries from Oil & Gas to Manufacturing to Banking to Insurance in transforming their teams into winning teams.
After that Donald invested into a Business Coaching Franchise where he worked with people in business or entrepreneurs to strategically grow their business. As a Certified Business Coach, Consultant & Trainer, Donald has worked with businesses of turnovers ranging from RM 100,000.00 to RM 5.8 billion from various industries. And the commonality that Donald discovered is that there are certain business principles that are paramount regardless of its size and industry. As a Business Coach Donald always won the ‘Asia Pacific Rookie Coach of The Year’ award in 2005, an award given to Business Coaches with outstanding performances in their first year of business.
Also a serious student of Jay Abraham (The World’s No.1 Marketing Genius), Donald has invested huge sums of money to learn Jay’s approach to marketing & entrepreneurship which he fanatically applies in both his client and his own businesses.
While in the financial planning industry, Donald realised that while financial planning is crucial to attaining financial freedom, the only challenge with financial planning is that it does not teach individuals how to make more money fast.
